Whenever I've been on trekking and with my wish to climb some Himalayan mountain, 2 essential things incl a voluminous ruck-sack and a warm & cozy sleeping bag. When I found these in Skandika, I had to get them!
The +10 lit part is actually the detachable top closure section. This part can be detached and used separately as a fanny bag! There's a section which conceals the waist belt with clamp buckles. This section has 1 outer and 2 inner zippered compartments. This is attached to the main bag using velcro and button on the back and 2 buckles on the front.
The backstrap and waist straps are very very very cushioned and the weight of the bag is equally distributed between the shoulder and waist which makes the weight easy to carry! The backstrap's placement along the height of the bag can be adjusted. There's a side elastic waterbottle holder. A tiny zipper on the base opens up the neon, waterproof bag with drawstring and reflective print on it.
An important feature, the chest strap has an emergency whistle embedded to the clamp buckle. Its an excellent feature considering that its a rucksack, mostly carried on a trek! Another important feature are 2 'sticks' in a tubular compartment in the back, inside! These tubular compartments are closed with velcro. These sticks are removable that makes the bag fold-able or rigid! At 2.3kg it isn't very heavy.
Another important trekking product I got from them was the Sleeping Bag. The whole is made of Polyster incl the lining and the filling is microfiber. The weight is just 1.4kg which makes carrying it any terrain, easy! It's comfortable temperature range 15 deg to 5 deg C and the extreme it can handle is -10 deg C. Since I'm not planning any treks in snowy regions as of now, this one is pretty good for me to suit the temperate and tropical climates!
P.S: The products were gifted by the brand for review purpose, however the opinions are my own and this post does not to advertise the product/service.
Looks like a perfect travel accessory!
